The PHP market in Cyprus has been resilient and consistently growing for several years. Over the last six months, there have been some company closures and some new challenges for companies onboarding new employees. Many companies are adapting quickly with more of our clients developing the capability to onboard people remotely.
There was a “wait and see” approach to recruitment by some organisations but as we start 2021, the situation continues to develop and some new players have entered the market which has made the PHP market strong again.
